Update Personal Details:
Kindly be advised packages will ship to the address mentioned on the original order and that an amendment or change of shipping address during the shipping process will entail delays and will result in the return of the package of the fulfillment center/supplier.
Once an order is paid, we are unable to offer cancellation/s as our partners and fulfillment centers begin processing, fulfilling, and shipping orders automatically. For detailed information regarding returns, please refer to our return policy.

We currently offer returns, not exchanges. Fill out the return form, and upon receipt of your return within our return guidelines and policies, we will credit your payment to the original payment method used.
Customers are responsible for liaison with freight forwarder and paying customs duties levied during the clearance process and providing any additional requested documents.

Craving Palestine is not liable for delays due to customs clearances at the destination. Track your order and liaise with the shipment company for timely delivery.

Domestic and International Shipping:
We aim to deliver shipments within 7 to 10 days.
Shipping rates are determined by weight and location.
Delays may occur during holidays, peak seasons, sale period, and due to external factors.
At checkout, you may notice that some items in your order will be shipped from different fulfillment warehouses, suppliers and/or countries. This is because we work with various partners globally to offer you a wide range of products. Returning an Item:
We accept returns on selective items within 3 days of receiving the delivery, as long as the item is unopened and in its original condition and packaging. Fill out the return form and ship the item back to Craving Palestine.
If you receive a defective item, contact customer service with your order number.
Items We Can't Process for Return:
Books, undergarments, intimate apparels, mask and personalized items cannot be returned. We can also not accept items such as clothing/footwear without original packaging and tags, products with extended delivery time, items on sale, items not in original condition and packaging, damaged items due to misuse or wear and tear, items that have been used or altered.

Our payment credit policy offers flexibility and convenience to our customers. Here are the key points:
Store Credit: You can choose to receive store credit instead of a cash refund for eligible returns.
No Expiration: Store credits have no expiration date, giving you the freedom to use them whenever you want.
Partial Use: You can use store credit partially or in full for future purchases.
Non-Transferable: Store credits are non-transferable and can only be used by the account holder who received them
Product Restrictions: Store credit cannot be used to purchase certain restricted items, such as gift cards.

Refunds are processed within 7 Business Days after the eligible returned item has been received by Craving Palestine and checked for Quality & Condition.
All orders (Credit Card, PayPal) are refunded to the original method of payment and cannot be substituted/transferred to any other method.
All international transactions are converted to USD and the received amount shall be refunded to the buyer's original method of payment for the exact value as received. Any difference in the refund amount due to currency exchange is the responsibility of the buyer.
Credit card refunds, once initiated, may take up to 7-21 Business Days to complete the bank's processing and be credited to the buyer's account. Follow up with your bank directly.
Refund shall be processed for 100% value of the item(s) and does not include any Shipping Costs, TLC Cash, Vouchers, Customs Duties & Taxes, and/or any other local taxes paid by the buyer.

Simply fill out the application form "Apply to Sell" and provide us with your brand details, product images, and links to your social media pages. A team member will review your information and get back to you if we see that you are the right fit for our marketplace.
How Do I Set Up My Shop:
The next steps are quick and simple. We will sign a contract that allows you to set up your account quickly and become a shop owner in our marketplace. You can start showcasing your products by uploading your product images (following our CP photography guidelines), setting your stock levels and prices, and generating sales.
How Do I Get Paid:
You will be notified immediately when you make a sale so you can fulfill and ship the order to the customer, adhering to our packaging guidelines. Once the transaction is complete, and the item/s have been delivered to the customer, we will process your statement and payment.
