WHY PALESTINE

The Arab-Israeli conflict of 1967, left hundreds of thousands of Palestinians homeless and impoverished residing across refugee camps across Palestine, Lebanon and Jordan.

Decades later, about 1.5 million vulnerable Palestinian refugees continue to reside across 58 official refugee camps across Palestine, Jordan, Syria and Lebanon with overcrowding and crumbling infrastructure creating unsafe conditions.  The camps often lack proper sanitation, housing, job and education opportunities and access to medicine.

Craving Palestine partners up with well-recognized NGO's on fundraising initiatives focused on development, health and education programs that benefit Palestinian youth, refugees and communities, offering hope and opportunities where they are needed most.

Proceeds of Craving Palestine’s Cookbook’s First Edition, will go towards our NGO partner Anera’s long term support to Palestinian communities through education, health and development programs that includes providing Palestinian youth access to learning opportunities from preschool through college, innovative and flexible projects in early childhood education, school infrastructure, information technology, vocational education is helping people of all ages discover and unlock their potential.
